Caverion and OKQ8 Scandinavia sign Technical Maintenance agreement covering over 450 locations

Caverion and OKQ8 Scandinavia have signed an agreement on Technical Maintenance of all technical systems in 202 manned and 160 unmanned gas stations and 90 other properties. The value of the contract is not disclosed.

Caverion and OKQ8 have an existing Technical Maintenance agreement. This agreement expires in February 2018. The new agreement puts higher emphasis on energy optimisation and further development.

“We are pleased to have signed a new service agreement with Caverion covering technical maintenance of our buildings. The agreement was signed after a large procurement process during which all the parties where very committed. We are convinced that the new agreement will result in a higher service level and a more cost effective and long term property maintenance with focus on energy efficiency, which fits well into our sustainability goals,” says Rasmus Billborn, Head of Engineering of OKQ8 Scandinavia.
