The customer experience is pivotal to everything we do here at Meaco. Just last week, we were contacted by Mr and Mrs Frost, who had mistakenly purchased a product which didn’t quite fulfil their expectations.

The Meaco team worked with the customers to understand their requirements, providing details of alternative models which would better ‘fit the bill’.  The couple decided upon the DD8L Junior, which better suited their needs.

The DD8L Junior is no stranger to great feedback, winning both the Practical Boat Owner and the Sailing Today dehumidifier tests. Whilst the unit is perfect for use on boats, it is also great for domestic home use too (up to five bedrooms) and garnered exceptional feedback from the Frosts.
