RHOSS becomes part of the NIBE Group
Signed the partnership between the Friuli based company RHOSS S.P.A., controlled by the IRSAP Group, and NIBE industrier AB that acquires the 45% of the shares.
For the Italian company are merging new opportunities for development and growth in the five continents led by the various companies of the Swedish group.
NIBE also has an option to acquire the remaining 55% of the shares in Rhoss. The company will be part of the NIBE Climate Solutions business area.

Rhoss is one of the leading manufacturers in Italy of ventilation and air conditioning equipment intended for commercial, institutional and industrial applications.
Founded in 1968, it has over 300 employees and sales of approximately EUR 68 million, with an operating margin before depreciation of over 5%. About 45% of sales are in the Italian domestic market, while the remaining is sold, largely in other markets in Europe as well as in other countries worldwide.
