The cost of disposable filtration

Most people know that air handling equipment contains not just one, but multiple layers of filtration each providing a cleansing effect to the “fresh air” drawn into the workplace.
In a typical air handling environment, the first line of defence will be a low grade, low efficiency media which is designed to capture larger particulate.
Depending upon the demand of the environment, additional filter layers will be installed and are generally panels and bags which need regular replacement.
Each filter requires manufacture, transport, storage, installation, removal, transport and disposal. The administrative cost alone is massive and the effect of so many boxes of air moving around the country is an environmental nightmare. We need to make this whole process much more efficient.
For disposable filtration, it would be much better to have a filter with lower air resistance and reduced energy consumption with an antimicrobial additive that inhibits the growth of mould, bacteria or viruses on the filter surface. Oh, and it should be easier to handle and store as well.
What about if you could also protect this filter from airborne debris externally! The external air intake screen would need to be washable, long lasting and have a low resistance to airflow.
Two products working together. What a combination that would make.
Now you have it. RABScreen + Bacticell solves both problems, making your life easier and saving money on labour, storage and energy. On the Bacticell filtration efficiency remains high throughout the filter life, unlike most bags, and the RABScreen lasts for 10 years!
